DELIVERY INFORMATION

Fast and reliable high-quality delivery of your order is ensured by our partner UPS. In certain cases, goods may be delivered through other couriers.
The price of courier delivery depends on the total weight and volume of the purchased goods. The shipping price in the shopping cart is calculated automatically. If the delivery price seems too high to you, please contact us for alternative delivery options.
Delivery of goods to a remote area has additional charge: +10 EUR (excl. VAT) to the shipping price indicated in the shopping cart.

Standard goods (without individual printing) are delivered by courier in 2-3 working days. Goods marked with the "Ordered product" flag and boxes with individual printing are delivered within 10-18 working days of order confirmation. During peak selling season (i.e. Christmas) or extraordinary courier loads, delivery times may be extended.
You will be informed about the estimated delivery time and tracking number by SMS and/or e-mail.

Goods may be received only by the person who placed the order or by the person specified at the time of placing the order. When receiving your order, it is necessary to have an identification document (ID card, passport or driving license) with you. We can also deliver the goods to the person specified by you.
If you notice that the packaging is damaged upon receipt of the shipment, immediately notify the courier who delivered the shipment and write a report on the damage. If you accept the ordered goods and sign the consignment document without comments, the consignment is considered to have been delivered in order.
Please note that you will be responsible for unloading the goods delivered on the pallet from the courier vehicle to your home or office if you have made a bulk purchase.
