RETURN POLICY
These terms and conditions of return determine the rights, obligations and liability of the person acquiring the goods via the E-Store www.superbox.fi (hereinafter the Buyer) and UAB Superbox (hereinafter the Seller), upon the Buyer's claim that the Buyer intends to return the goods purchased in the E-Store.
1. RETURN OF GOOD QUALITY GOODS
1.1. If the Buyer enters into a sales contract (hereinafter the Contract) using only the means of communication (Remote Contract) and as a result is unable to exercise the statutory right to inspect the goods and invalid the nature of services provided before concluding the Contract, he shall have the right to withdraw from the Contract by giving a written notice to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods.
1.2. The Buyer may return the purchased good quality goods within 14 days if:
- the returned product is in the original neat packaging;
- the product is unused and intact;
- the product has not lost its commercial appearance;
- the returned product contents are complete;
1.3. Quality goods may not be returned if they are:
- goods which have been manufactured in accordance with the individual order of the Buyer or are obviously adapted to the Buyer, or the goods, due to their nature, can no longer be returned after their delivery to the Buyer due to the loss (loss) of commercial properties;
- in other cases when the Contract cannot be terminated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.4. When returning the quality goods, the Buyer is responsible for:
- packaging of goods;
- payment for the return of goods and delivery to the store at Raudondvario pl. 150, Kaunas. Only unfolded packages can be returned.
1.5. The Buyer's request to replace the purchased goods of appropriate quality with similar goods or to return the money paid, for the reasons specified in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code, can be satisfied only if the Seller agrees to it.
1.6. The return of quality goods is based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of Retail Trade Rules and the Retail Trade Rules.
2. PROCESS OF RETURNING THE QUALITY GOODS
2.1. Before returning a quality item purchased in the E-Store, the Buyer must submit a written request in a free form by indicating the details of the order: order number, date, product, price, delivery date. 2.2. The Buyer must safely pack the goods and ensure their delivery to the Seller at his own expense. The Seller returns the money for quality goods only if he receives the goods from the Buyer and is satisfied that the goods meet the conditions set out in paragraph 1.2 of the Superbox Rules of Return.
2.3. If an additional discount was applied to the Buyer for the order at the time of purchase, and the Buyer has returned only part of the goods purchased in one order, the Seller may deduct the amount of the discount from the refunded amount.
3. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
3.1. In case the goods are returned because of defects or poor quality, the Seller undertakes to replace the goods of poor quality with goods of suitable quality or return the money paid for the goods, when he confirms that the goods are of poor quality due to the fault of the Seller, i.e. no violations, damage, etc. caused by the Buyer's improper consumption have not been found.
3.2. The Seller is not responsible for the goods that have been damaged, deformed or which have otherwise lost their function or aesthetic appearance due to improper storage conditions (for example, excessive or low humidity or improper ambient temperature).
3.3. Return of the goods because of poor quality and in other cases is carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of Retail Trade Rules and the Retail Trade Rules.
4. PROCESS OF RETURNING DEFECTIVE GOODS
4.1. Before returning a defective item purchased in the E-Store, the Buyer must submit a free form written request with the details of the order: order number, date, product, price, delivery date. The account for refund must be specified in the request. To send the request by e-mail: support@superbox.fi. In order to resolve the quality complaint faster, we also ask you to enclose photos and a description of the defects to the request for defective goods or damaged packaging of the goods.
4.2. Upon receipt of the Seller's approval, the Buyer must safely pack the goods and inform the Seller. The Seller shall return the money for defective goods or replace them with quality goods only if the Seller receives the defective goods and makes sure that the goods have not been damaged due to the actions of the Buyer.
4.3. If an additional discount was applied to the Buyer for the order at the time of purchase, and the Buyer has returned only part of the goods purchased in one order, the Seller may deduct the amount of the discount from the refunded amount.
