1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These privacy terms and conditions set out the basic principles and procedures by which we process the personal data of buyers provided on the www.superbox.fi website.

1.2. We process the personal data of buyers submitted to the website in accordance with the following conditions: The requirements established by the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania governing the processing and protection of such data.

2. COLLECTION, USE, CORRECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. We collect and process the data of the E-Store visitors as well as customer data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter the GDPR), Republic of Lithuania Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, the Republic of Lithuania Law on Electronic Communications and other legal acts on data protection. 2.2. We collect and use your personal data (full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and other information specified in the E-Store registration form) to process orders for goods and/or services that you have submitted.

2.3. In order to be able to process your orders efficiently and accurately, we need to receive the most accurate data from you. Therefore, in the registration forms submitted in the E-Store, you must provide accurate details of yourself and update them if they change.

2.4. All information about our registered visitors and customers shall in no case be passed on to third parties and is completely confidential. This information may be disclosed only in cases when required by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.5. We are not responsible for the processing of your personal data through third party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices and activities of third party websites, even if you access them through links in our E-Store or access our E-Store through those websites.

2.6. Personal data is processed by secure means that protect this data against unlawful destruction, disclosure or other unlawful acts.

2.7. We may use your non-personal data, i.e. data relating to the goods you have purchased, for statistical purposes. Such collection of statistics will not allow direct or indirect identification of the visitor. We reserve the right to transfer statistics to a third party.

2.8. If you have agreed to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you information about goods, discounts, offers, competitions, news, surveys and other news. The information collected will be used only for sending a newsletter.

3. COOKIES

3.1. In order for the Company to offer a full range of services to the Customer in the E-Store, information about cookies is stored on the Customer's computer (device) with the consent of the Customer, which is used to identify the Customer as a previous E-Store user, to collect electronic shop attendance statistics, and information about the shopping cart.

3.2. The Customer may at any time view which Cookies are stored, and may delete some or all of the Cookies recorded.

3.3. The Customer has the right to refuse to store and use Cookies on the Customer's computer (device), but in this case some functions of the E-Store may not be available to the Customer.
