You cannot cancel a custom order if its production has already started, as such orders are made specifically according to your requirements. If you wish to cancel your order, it is important to contact us immediately after placing it—before production begins, we may be able to offer a solution: stopping the order, making changes, or, if possible, refunding part of the payment. Once production has started, we will no longer be able to change or cancel the order.
Yes, we can produce boxes according to your individual dimensions and requirements. You can choose not only the size, but also the type of paper, color, printing method, and additional finishing options (such as lamination, foil stamping, or embossing). Please note that the minimum order quantity is 100 units to ensure quality and an efficient production process.

Yes, we can design a brown, white, or black insert according to your needs. The insert helps securely hold items of various sizes and shapes inside the box.
Order process:
- The client sends the items they want to place in the box purchased from the SUPERBOX store.
- We create an insert prototype and send photos for review.
- If needed, the prototype is adjusted.
- The insert is produced only after final client approval.

The production of custom-made boxes usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from the moment we receive the final design approval. The production time depends on the chosen material, the complexity of the box construction, the printing method, and the order quantity. If you select boxes from our online store assortment with custom printing, the estimated production and delivery time is indicated on each product page. Additionally, we make every effort to inform you of any possible changes to the timelines.
Lamination is a packaging finishing process where an offset-printed surface is coated with an extremely thin layer of film. This not only provides the final aesthetic effect for the box but also serves as protection against moisture, scratches, and friction.
Although the design and printing may be identical, the chosen type of laminate fundamentally changes the appearance of the packaging.
